A couple of our 2021 vintage wines have recently come to the attention of the esteemed wine critics at Winepilot..

Slow Wine Co. Chardonnay 2021

“A taut and poised Chardonnay from the Orange region in New South Wales, this is deep gold in colour with notes of stonefruits, especially apricot skins a peaches. There are some supporting nutty notes, no doubt from quality oak, but integration is near complete. The wine offers good concentration and power with a supple texture and decent length. A wine for enjoying any time over the next two to three years. 91 points“, Ken Gargett, Winepilot

Slow Wine Co. Reserve Pinot Noir 2021

“A fine Pinot Noir from Orange, this is a pale ochre hue. The nose offers aromas of dried herbs, mushrooms, animal skins, red fruits and forest floor notes. This is a savoury style and with a little time in the glass, the red fruits and coffee grind notes come to the fore. The wine has a fine line of acidity, silky tannins and good length. Enjoy now and over the next four to five years. Seems as though it would be ideal with a good mushroom risotto. 92 Points“. Ken Gargett, Winepilot.
