Blanc de Noir

Blanc de Blancs
Inviting aromas of green apple and lemon tart with biscuity yeast complexity. The palate displays crisp and mouth-watering natural acidity with notes of grapefruit, honey and brioche from aging on its yeast lees. Sauvignon Blanc
Aromas of gooseberry and nettle with a hint of oak. Dry palate with citrus flavours and herbal freshness. Rich, textural mouthfeel and a long finish.
