Gerwurztraminer
An aromatic nose of rosewater, lychees and ginger. The palate is focussed around intense fruit. There’s mealy texture and mouthfeel, driven by a sherberty acid structure.
Pinot Noir
Aromas of red cherry, strawberry, vanilla, cinnamon and cloves. Palate is dry with juicy red fruit, bright acidity balanced with an earthy, spiced finish.
