A varietal Sauvignon Blanc with soft passion fruit and a touch of nettle and tropical fruit. It's a complex wine with a slightly creamy finish making it a lovely food wine.

Merlot.
Incredibly fragrant nose. Roses and blueberries and chocolate. Oak plays a secondary role only. Firmer on the palate than the nose suggests. There’s good tannin structure. Medium weighted fruit up front, followed by bright juicy acid, savouriness, tea-leaves, and charry oak.

This wine shows this with a deep, youthful purple colour promising the plum and chocolate flavours from ripe fruit and a varietal richness and depth of flavour.
