Now over 30 years old, our low-yielding Bantry Grove vineyard allows us to hand-select exceptional parcels of fruit for our inaugural sparkling wines.
We’re thrilled to introduce our limited-release Sparkling Wines. With four years’ maturation in bottle, they showcase a vibrant balance of fruit purity, natural acidity, and elegant lees-aged complexity. It’s a pleasure to finally share them with you.
Join us as we launch these wines over a long, five-course lunch at Millthorpe’s beloved Tonic Restaurant. Alongside the new release wines, we’ll also pour a selection of special museum wines from our cellar.
