The grapes are from the single estate, high elevation, cool-climate Bantry Grove vineyard. The juice underwent 50% ferment in French oak barriques and 50% in stainless steel tanks. The monthly lees-stirring results in a toasted brioche textural palate enhanced by fresh jubey citrussy acid grip. Floral, minerally high notes followed by sherbetty palate roundness, lead to an ideal sweet'n'tart crisp balance..an ideal match to grilled seafood.
