This week on The Real Review, we’re featuring the Orange region of New South Wales. Right now, we’re looking at three white wines from Orange.
The white wines tend to come from the higher altitude parts of Orange—of course Orange wine region comes from 600 to 1100m (above sea level), the whites tend to come from the higher parts and the reds from the lower parts. The whites need the cool climate to preserve their natural acidity, delicacy and finesse.
