Attractive onion-skin and pale salmon colour. The initial aromas are of a subtle blend of strawberries and blueberries. Ditto for the initial palate, quickly followed by an eye-watering, lip-puckering, zingy natural cool-climate acid lift. The lingering perception of sweetness and jubey fruit crispness make it a food-friendly wine & possibly a pleasant match to Asian dishes & green salads.
