Vineyard: Single estate, Bantry Grove Vineyard, 960m elevation, cool climate.
Winemaking: Handpicked, whole bunch pressed, fermented in stainless steel (50%) and French barrels (50%).
Colour: Pale straw with a youthful green hue.
Aromas: Varietal Riesling aromas of citrus blossom, lime, green apple and jasmine.
Palate: The palate is dry with citrus flavours. It is subtle and refined with an attractive grip ensuring a great match with a meal. The finish shows good length and minerality.
